Sheet Metal Department Weekly Meeting: Improving Quality And Safety Production

The Sheet Metal Fabrication Department held its weekly quality meeting to review and analyze last week's production of sheet metal components.

Minister Guo focused on the quality problems reported by the client, such as the poor gluing of the refrigerator bottom steel plate, which caused overflow and negatively affected the next process. It is necessary to strengthen the training of new staff, improve the awareness of quality control, provide timely feedback, and solve the problem quickly when facing issues.

Additionally, the minister clarified the production standards and safety protocols to the staff, including machine maintenance and safety requirements for laborers when using the equipment, to ensure the safe, efficient, and high-quality completion of the production tasks and to create maximum value for the customers.
