Product Process Analysis: How Do We Make The Refrigerator Compressor Support Board?

Our sheet metal fabrication process is carried out in strict accordance with our high standard quality management process. Firstly, we procure high quality hot zinc coil material from internationally renowned steel companies, and we will flatten and shear the coil material supplied by the steel plants. This will greatly improve the material utilisation and save material costs.

After that, it enters into the production step.

 

This refrigerator component-compressor support board is produced with 200T stamping presses, using a single punch die and operated by manipulator to improve operational efficiency. The plate is first cut to the proper size and then put on the punching machine. The first step of stretching, the base contour is stretched to define it. The second step of punching, the holes and waste material will be dropped. The third step, turn the edge of the caster fixed position, at the same time, because the edge of the plate is relatively sharp and easy to scratch, so the edge is folded and patted flat. The last step is the entire bending and forming.

The above completes all the stamping steps. Our production process ensures the quality of the product by adopting a number of inspection sessions. The QC staff will check the first piece and inspect during production, and inspect again before delivery. 

 

This is followed by a simple assembly session, fixing the castors and riveting the axle pin. We use specialised work trucks to transport all manufactured compressor support boards to ensure that they are not damaged in transport. We believe that a high level of equipment and strict quality control processes enable us to provide high quality sheet metal products.
